Child Marriage article in Wikipedia claims: "Pregnant girls aged 15 to 19 are twice as likely to die in childbirth as women in their 20s, and girls under the age of 15 are five to seven times more likely to die during childbirth.[39]"

However footnote [39] points to http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/EID/vol12no11/06-0510.htm which is dead.

I tried to find some proof of that claim and here's what I found:

That statistic from "US Department of Health and Human Services" directly contradicts health claims in that "Child Marriage" Wikipedia article.
