I talked with Mark (one of job seekers that uses postjobfree to search for jobs).
Mark mentioned age discrimination, so we started to talk about age, and he mentioned that he is half-dead. I said that he is probably more than half-dead, considering that if life expectancy is ~80 years, and Mark is 59, then he is 59/80 = 0.74% dead.
Still, in my opinion, Mark has at least 10 years or productive work ahead of him.
For comparison, Warren Buffett is 88 years old and still productively working.
