Chinese "Upwork Money laundering" scam

I received new incoming Skype request from "Dev King" today.
Several minutes after I and Dev King finished this conversation, Dev King deleted all his Skype chat messages.
But thanks to inferior MS Word and Notepad++ technology, I can still share this money laundering attempt with you.
