May. 24th, 2011 03:14 pm1) Just got a request to remove job posting, because it uses "Earn while you learn" slogan.
Apparently "Earn while you learn" is trademarked
You may search for #3384699 registration number on http://tess2.uspto.gov/
2) From technical standpoint http://tess2.uspto.gov/ web site itself is 15+ years old.
3) Job posting in question looked spammy on it's own. I may consider using that trademark as spam signal for PostJobFree AutoModerator.
