New apartment
Aug. 27th, 2003 07:52 amYesterday I and Andrew Shlykov rent 2-bedroom apartment (3 rooms).
$600/mo + utilities.
3-months contract.
Actually we could pay something like $525/mo, but in this case we had to sign contract for 12 months... and pay for it even if we will not live there so long.
We found our apartment in 5 days.
The apartment is good. But not excellent:
there is some oil-paint smell there after repair still...
There were internal wardrobes, refrigerator,
microwave and air-conditioner in the apartment.
We already bought inflatable bed, table, couple of chairs, (bath) shower
curtains (it's important! :-) ).
So we are all set.
