My micromanagement was mentioned separately and explicitly :-)
I know the dangers of micromanagement (I have limited amount of time), but it's very risky to delegate without checking it first.
I try to delegate and with time delegate more and more. But I would always have to always test overall result, otherwise my organization would loose the way and collapse.
