JazzHR merges with Jobvite and NXTThing RPO

Several of companies in recruiting space (where PostJobFree operates) - merged together.

1) JazzHR merged with Jobvite and NXTThing RPO.

My understanding (hypothesis) is that Jobvite acquired a new CEO, by acquiring JazzHR company.

2) JazzHR got $24.6M in funding, but has weak web traffic results.
So now JazzHR merges with Jobvite and NXTThing RPO (Startwire).
NXTThing RPO acquired Startwire (October 2019).

3) Jobvite got a whooping $255.5M in funding:

4) https://www.jazzhr.com/blog/jazzhr-is-joining-forces-with-jobvite-and-nxtthing-rpo/
At 0:33 in Vimeo video, Pete Lamson (CEO of JazzHR) said: "I'm also looking forward to serving as CEO for our combined company."

My hypothesis is that previous Jobvite CEO Aman Brar (that Jobvite hired in 2019) - did not work out.

5) I do not understand why is this a triple-merger (with NXTThing RPO as well).
Usually, mergers combine 2 companies together, not 3.
I know about NXTThing RPO that it acquired Startwire.com back in October 2019.

6) What do you think about the reasons for that merger?
